• Your QR code should send the user to mobile-
optimized content
• Offer incentives (contest, bonus content, etc.) to
increase adoption.
• Provide instruction and recommend readers
• Don’t use proprietary barcode generators that
require a specific reader
• Make sure the QR code actually works before
printing it
• If you use color, make sure there is sufficient
contrast
