This document summarizes activities conducted as part of the ERASMUS+ Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education Project. Key activities included: - English language training for 62% of librarian staff from April to June 2016. - Collaboration between the University of Balti and other partner universities in Moldova, Norway, and Romania on library modernization projects. - Development of information literacy training and open access institutional repositories. - Promotion of the library networking project through publications, presentations, social media, and engagement with university and government partners.

2. •Ensuring participation of 62% of librarian staff at English for Specific Purposes librarian
Training, ERASMUS + Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education (CBNE) 561 633

• Curriculum training was: developed based on cognitive theory with a dynamic
and flexible status a prospective status, open to adjust to new realities acquisitions or
library reality a practical development and implementation of various products In
terms of methodology, training was based on the requirements of modern taxonomy

• Collaboration and partnership have integrated USARB librarians a new project: Modernisation of
university libraries in Moldova, funded by the Norwegian Cooperation Programme in Higher Education
with Eurasia, developed in partnership between the University of Bergen, Norway, Transilvania University
of Brasov, Romania and 18 university libraries in Moldova, 2016-2019 (Project launched in April 2015)
