A very ambitious person who is seeking to work in good positions of HR career, Very Good in
English and like to work in team, focusing on recruitment in HR as i see recruitment is the backbone
of HR Department which depends on selecting the right applicant for the right position.,as i have
Bachelor of Commerce, studied at faculty of commerce Cairo university, Still studying a professional
HR Diploma also approved by Cairo University, and i am now seeking to develop myself to extend

 Announce through company internal communication channels vacancies available in the
plan to attract right calibers.
 Give assistance in Preparing Annual Manpower Plan.
 Use different resources to post new vacancies to be able to attract the right calibers.
 Screen received CVs to be able to conduct initial phone screening.
 Conduct interviews for different levels.
 Call HR at other companies for reference checks process.

 Follow up the HR Officer to urge them to complete their Branches Vacant in the agreed

bank database.
 Prepare and send the welcoming e-mails for the new hired employees.
