7. FE grasps the cloud's resources more easily (as I see it) as it has less in-house provision than HE

8. FE networks of resources (e.g. LSIS excellence gateway - http://www.excellencegateway.org.uk/) may not be well known to HE. Those in FE might find opportunities to tie in with similar subject disciplines in HE or link generic resources. http://skills.library.leeds.ac.uk/student_homepage.php with http://tlp.excellencegateway.org.uk/tlp/xcurricula/employability/index.php?i=9
