Editor's Notes
The mission of University Career Services is to provide progressive services and resources that help students choose and prepare for their careers, learn job search skills, and find employment. The role of UCS is not to act as an employment agency, though. We give students the tools, resources, and opportunities to find internships and jobs, but ultimately they are the ones responsible for finding their position. We advise students and provide resources on the types of planning and preparation required to help students meet their career goals. This includes part-time jobs and internships, job seeking, labor market resources, individual career counseling, workshops, and employer contacts via career fairs, panels and electronic resources
No role plays Process as a group
Is it any different if they were to ask for only females, or only minorities?
