6. Stage One: shock and denial Car accidents, difficult experiences at work & other issues were hard to deal with.
7. Stage two: pain and guilt My health took a hit, both physically & mentally. But I am in a much better place.
8. Stage three: anger & bargaining I was very angry at the idiot drivers who caused the accidents. I still get annoyed!
9. Stage four: depression, reflection, loneliness Yes to all three. I got help, though do have my down days. Most people do. Don't ignore mental health! Get help.
10. Stage five: the upward turn It's been a slow journey and in the last few years have began to enjoy life again.
12. Stage seven: acceptance & hope I have accepted all that has happened & looking forward to a bigger and brighter future
13. Just like the ebb and flow of the ocean, life goes on.
