Dr. Nicole Wilson is the founder and

Nicole has led the development of several

including Pearson, Open English, and
Rosetta Stone.
She has a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from

  7. There are many possibilities for making the learning experience multimodal, interactive, and engaging, both online and offline. For example, online learning sites like Lynda.com offer rich video tutorials that model concepts both visually and verbally. In addition to lectures, speakers, and slides, face-to-face trainings offer additional possibilities to get learners physically engaged in the learning experience. For example, getting learners out of their chairs, writing ideas on sticky notes, posting them on the wall, and exploring the room to see others’ ideas is a great way to make trainings more active and interactive.
