Five major routes which can help shape a brighter future:1 – The Diploma2 – GCSE/A-level3 – Apprenticeships4 – The Foundation Learning Tier5 – Employment with accredited training
GCSE/A-Level- A* - inspire students to excel further and teacher need to encourage and motivate this- Coursework – some students prefer this method of learning, teachers can have more time for lesson planningApprenticeships- Helps students who are Not in Employment Education or Training(NEET) to earn whilst getting trainedSome students are more practical and would prefer this form of learning (kinesthetic) and this would help them choose a career path by gaining first hand experience.Diploma- Students have more choice with courses and paths of learning but could be daunting whilst choosing- Teacher have more variation then conventional learning style leading to satisfaction but would also require time to execute good lesson plansFoundation Learning Tier- Manageable work load as split to specific subjects and will allow students to increase opportunities for those working at entry level and level 1 (below GCSE A-C) with personalised learning
