PAYTM AIMS TO MAKE E-BANK NO. 1 IN DIGITAL SPACE GLOBALLY .
 Paytm payments Bank aims to become the world’s largest digital bank with 50
Lakh account.
 The mobile-first bank has planned an investment of $500 million is know your

 On Tuesday, it was formally launched in the capital by PAYTM founder and
CEO Vijay Shekher Sharma
 Paytm payments bank will provide zero balance accounts and zero digital
transactions charges to its users, who will able to withdraw cash from any
ATM.
SOFTBANK OFFERS TO BUY UBER SHARES AT 30% DISCOUNT.
 Softbank group and a group of investors are trying to buy a stake in UBER technologies at a
sizeable discount to the company's %69 billion valuation, seeking to clinch what would be
one of the largest purchases of stock in a private company.
 Softbank and partners including investment firms Dragoneer Investment Group and General
Atlantic, are offering to spend more than $6 billion for a stake that would value the ride-
hailing company at $48 billion, or about 30% lower than the valuation it fetched in its most
recent round of fundraising, according to people familiar with the deal.
 Locking in the investment from Japan’s Softbank has been a top priority for new Uber CEO
Dara Khosrowshahi, who sees the deal as a chance to close ift and land a powerful new ally

 With an aim to boost its digital assessment business in the long term, it major TCS plans to reach out to
schools now.
 Currently, TCS ION the digital assessment business arm with 180 exam centres spread over 150 cities,
offers services for more than 80% of the total fraud-proof and fast digital assessment in India
 It has 300 plus clients like IIMs, IITs, AIIMs, advanced Jee, GATE, B-Schools, banking, Law, Government
and rail recruitment boards.
