 The Client has 5 service providers with 300 baseline workers, Subang & Shah Alam
 New Warehouse needed 100 headcount within 2 – 4 weeks timeline
 Aggressively ramp-up temp hiring during seasonal peaks (quarterly & year-end)
 Set-up project team to delivery contingent staffing + services
 Headcount of adhod temp for on-going campaign needed with high numbers and with high attrition rate
 The resources were for warehouse assistance like general warehouse assistant, forklift drivers, hand-
pallets MHE operators, onsite – s.
 Scope involved pick & pack, inbound, outbound, stock counting, inventory.
Solution  Invested in SME, Project Manager, & Lead expertise in 6sigma, Warehouse management and Distribution
Centre’s House Rules & WMS (Warehouse Management Solutions)
 Activated Recruitment drive around the warehouse area and referrals programs
 Developed a customized benefits plan for associates in line with the employment act
 Followed a bill rate model. Managed all candidates’ records from on boarding, payroll & off boarding
 Provided 1 month guarantee with immediate replacements in less than 3 days
 Provided legal and industrial relations guidance and consultations
Results  Three service provider and able to reduce cost of monitoring multiple service provider
 Filled all 250 temp hire in given timeline supporting day and night shift.
 Managed the project for 3 months and gain a confirmation to work with client for 12 months.
 93% retention of staff with immediate replacements in 3 days of leavers
