5. ...and be found! (Profile) These sections of the profiles are exactly the same as in the „Find People“ search function! You can provide a much information as you want (besides the required basics) and select if your information should be visible to all (“ Public ”), only to your friends (“ To Contacts ”) or only to you (“ Private ”)

6. Groups „ Groups“ section: See all the groups where you are a member and search for groups to join. Everybody can join open groups , closed groups require invitation/approaval from an administrator. „ Members “: See all members and send messages „ Home “: Find informations and ressources

Managing the stages of your development in AIESEC MyAIESEC.net provides customized tools and resources for each stage Different opportunities in AIESEC correspond to different stages of the AIESEC Experience To use them , you need to be in the stage on MyAIESEC.net that is your current stage of the AIESEC XP

Develop yourself on MyAIESEC.net Competency Tool Goal Setting Stages Content Discover your strengths and weaknesses and plan & track your development in AIESEC based on the competencies you want to develop Support your development by setting and tracking specific goals for yourself Discover development opportunities worldwide, ac-cess our materials and learn from your experiences through reflection and discussion The functions available to you are customized to your stage and therefore your individual development approach

9. Develop your Competencies Discover your strengths and weaknesses based on the AIESEC competency model Receive suggestions on how to develop yourself in AIESEC based on your strengths and weaknesses 360 Degree Review: Get feedback from your friends, team colleagues, team leaders, ….

10. Where do you find the competency tool? Go to the tool at Profile-> My Development-> My Competencies -> “Access the competency assessment tool”

11. How can you use the competency tool? 1. Create a new “profile” for your assessment at “Available Templates” (“Initiate”) 4. Review your completed assessments under “My Profiles” 2. Assess yourself or others using the “Contribute” button 3. Ask others for feedback using “Add 360 Contributors” (You need at least 5 for a complete review!)
