1. What’s happening Today?
• Traditional organisational structures are from the industrial
revolution
• Exponential rate of change exceeds the pace at which traditional
organisations structure can support.
• They are less innovative and less able to meet the demands of a
more fluid and interconnected age.
• Their mechanised nature has led to increased to 80%
disengagement , cost $500B/year (US)
• Its’s poor and inefficient way to manage organizations, don’t
leverage the full potential of employees, poor customer
experience

• What will the world be like, if our purpose evolves into a manifestation?
• What is our value towards society?

What’s happening Today? • Traditional organisational structures are from the industrial revolution • Exponential rate of change exceeds the pace at which traditional organisations structure can support. • They are less innovative and less able to meet the demands of a more fluid and interconnected age. • Their mechanised nature has led to increased to 80% disengagement , cost $500B/year (US) • Its’s poor and inefficient way to manage organizations, don’t leverage the full potential of employees, poor customer experience
