About Mandakini
Mandakini Kumari is the Chief Technology Officer at Vivriti Asset
Management with over 20 years of experience across IT Product and
Service sectors including financial services, banking, health care and
supply chain.
She is a strategic technology executive with expertise in organization
building, data science, budgeting, Product Delivery, Agile
Transformation, Quality Assurance and Consulting.
She has successfully managed the complete life cycle of numerous
enterprise projects (such as Loan Origination Systems, Loan
Management Systems, Reporting, etc.) and is skilled at seeing a
project through from conception to completion.

Assertiveness with empathy, enables her to build and lead a world class professional family. Mandakini believes in
complementing the existing organization culture, to achieve the mission.
Apart from being a technophile with extensive hands-on experience building mobile applications, data
engineering, big data with open-source platforms, IoT, Micro-services etc., she has expertise in corporate product
development, design, and architecture.
At VAM, she has established the businesses’ technical vision, which directs all facets of technological development
from scoping and discovery to implementation and post-deployment support and produced well thought out
strategies for the technical scaling of the company and development of software.
