Linchpin is the essential element, the person who holds part of the operation together. Without the linchpin, the thing falls apart.
When you meet someone, you need to have a superpower. If you don’t know your superpower, you are just another handshake. It is not about touting yourself or coming on too strong. It is about making the introduction meaningful. It is about you.
