Just like in English, French adjectives describe or modify nouns and pronouns, but unlike
English, French adjectives should agree in gender (masculine or feminine) and number
(singular or plural) with the noun or pronoun they modify. The feminine is usually

Some adjectives can be placed either before or after depending on the meaning: un grand
