America and the Middle East
Introduction
This paper is going to provide an argumentative discussion
regarding America and the Middle East. In this position, the
positive argument is about the relationship between the America
and the Middle East, in which America should not send its army
to the Middle East. It is because Middle East has a well-
equipped army that is capable of defending itself from
insurgencies. This is a good idea because Middle East has a
better accessibility to its own neighbor than the American
troops, which are responsible for improving its nationalistic
capabilities without the help of third party groups such as the
United States. Middle East is rich in natural resources that are
why the country is capable of generating billions of dollars
worth of oil. It can help gain more finances from its natural
resources so that each state will be capable to buy arms and
equipments from other countries (Talbot & Jakeman, p. 72).
As a counterargument or negative notion, America is a clear
help in the Middle East for the reason that there is an existing
insurgents that other countries in the Middle East cannot
defend. This includes the threat of ISIS militants, Taliban, Al
Qaeda, and other insurgents that are lurking across the Middle
East, America along with the coalition team are the only
military capable countries that can help to provide support for
the ailing communities across the Middle East to preserve
democracy as well as to promote prosperity not only in the
Middle but around the world. The threat of Islamist Jihadist is
always brutal for successfully imposing dangerous military
attacks against government offices and terrorizing continuously
across the Middle East, which causes security threats. There are
many government forces in the Middle East who still needs
Middle Eastern involvement in order to improve productivity in
the long run (Pearson, n.p.).
The refutation of the argument is that Middle East does not need
any help from America. It is not only America but also from
other western countries. Middle East is now building itself to be
one of the major political and economic spots around the world
because this particular region in the world is capable of
producing an immense amount of natural resources, which uses
its revenues to develop numerous infrastructure developments
around the region. The eccentricities of the Middle Eastern
culture is now creating a worldwide trend because some major
countries in the Middle East are now using their economic
power that will buy equipments as well as to improve its
security measures that will fight against insurgents. Western
societies will soon understand that Middle East will become a
major military operating facility that will compete against other
countries in terms of security missions as well as joint exercises
to improve security skills and knowledge (Fennelly, p. 5).
The conclusive statement of this argument is that Middle East is
an independent region that shows its respective culture,
geographical position, and improvement. For this reason, it does
not need the help of other countries because Middle East is
politically stable. In this position, the United States along with
other countries in the western society will only have to provide
their support and monitoring activities as ways to allow
countries in the Middle East to maximize their means to
empower their democracy. This includes learning more about
their strategic planning measures so that each country in the
Middle East shows their resiliency whenever there will be a
security pressure that is mounted by the existence of rebel
groups. Middle East will learn how to become an independent
nation for fighting their dignity and prosperity from unruly
civilians and groups, which shows to other parts of the world
that they do not need support (Crowell, n.p.).

Effectiveness of Prison
Part I: Background of the Study
Criminal offense refers to an organized and systematic use of
criminal or coercive activity that are aiming to produce coercion
or terror that is influenced by a certain individual or organized
groups against civilians and institutions. Criminal offense is an
extreme undesirable event for the reason that the main objective
of the activity will be to produce injury and damage that causes
significant amount of injuries. Criminal punishments
corresponds with a certain sanction such as imprisonment that
challenges written by (Patterson: p. 76) Hopster (2006)
explained that crime this is a serious issue that is driven by a
variety of ideology used by armed individuals or mobsters or
criminal groups that aims to attain serious issues with the
society such as political adjustments, opposition, societies that
are growing over decades due to technology and as a form of
bloody campaign as claimed by Efner et, al (2008).
Pertaining to justice, there are specific apprehensions that can
be applied for offenders for the reason that they are still under
the custody of their parents or guardians when the offense
happened. There are incarceration facilities that can be applied
for minor offenders because they are not allowed to be
associated with adult offenders to avoid further manipulation
and abuse. Prison aims to rehabilitate individuals whose
diminished behavioral integrity has been shifted in a wrongful
way such as being involved with unlawful elements of the
society. Incarceration is facilities that will seek to rehabilitate
and modify individuals so that they will become productive
members of the society as well as to have another chance of
carrying out productive contribution to the society.
The effects of criminal activities involving a certain offender
impacts the welfare of the society as observed from recurring
terror attacks that can take place in our local communities. In
this manner, reviewing the presence of crime threats negatively
affects the image of the targeted community for scaring away
visitors from other communities as well as discouraging local
and foreign investors to establish trade and commercial
activities.
offenders are difficult to minimize or eradicate because these
are composed of multiple group of individuals that employs the
art of ideology and other related principles for their activities of
producing violence. Offensive activities are active in regions
around the world particularly in the outskirts of an urbanized
area, underdeveloped, and inaccessible places, in which they
cannot be easily penetrated and detected by local and
international authorities. According to Seiter (2011), public
awareness has not been keen due to the concealed offenses that
can be made by criminals that are why the role of justice has not
been served completely on a specific period of time.
Part II: Discussion and Analysis of the Subject Matter
Factors that are causing Asymmetrical conflict in Asymmetrical
Crime
Politically motivated factors – In politics, separatism is one of
the most utilized etiologies that are causing violent and harmful
activities to a certain region particularly in developing countries
such as Sudan in Africa and uses ideological principles to
convey asymmetrical conflict by using non-violent force. It is
because they employ violence as a predicament for their
objective by demanding their territory to become independent
and separated to become a new and independent state. Another
form of violence is ethnicity as one of politically motivated
factor causing criminal activities due to of racial discrimination
against other races as well as domination of ethnic minority
group that aims to control a specific portion of a territorial land.
It is evaluated by legal authorities of a certain community to
determine the cause of politically motivated threats to intervene
against criminal activities or operations.
Economical related events – Scarcity of resources such as
distribution inequalities of privileges can trigger terroristic
activities within the community. This is because economical
status motivates an individual to establish their freedom of
expression by using violence or coercion against others.
Corruption is one of the causes of fund shortages that should be
intended for the society that creates concern among civilians
that will eventually became uprising and then violence. The use
of ideological asymmetry used by criminal groups is considered
as a more accessible intervention to recruit new members
because it does not require huge amount of money, effort, and
time for a particular threat affecting an individual to become as
a criminal offender. People that are affected by economic issues
resorts to become involved with criminal activities that often
leads them to be imprisoned for a specific period of time as
indicated by Seiter (2011).
Religion – pertains to one of the most sought etiologies that
establish crime activity around the world since the beginning of
the 21
st
century. Religious motivated crime is considered as a form of
supremacy for the reason that criminal groups become religious
supremacist for trying to dominate their religion over
communities and other societies. One example can be observed
specifically to some various criminal organizations who utilize
ideology principles that produce coercion and violence against
civilians in taking over their communities. In addition, some of
these criminal networks and organizations use the term Jihad or
the holy war using the Bible as an alibi to produce terror in
local and global neighborhoods. Religious radicalisms are also
responsible for creating crime to our local communities because
these are newly created religious organizations that adopted
their rules of violence. The intensity of criminal impact made
by these radical groups can range from small scale occurring to
local communities up to large scale of violence that can occur in
any place.
Poor family background – It has been learned from different
studies that prison inmates lacks family support, which creates
an extreme anxiety. This manner resorts to have inefficient
coping mechanisms that tend to use violence to release their
anxiety. Individuals that are experiencing broken families, with
no family, or being abandoned are the most vulnerable because
they lack emotional support to guide their behaviors.
Individuals that are abused develop an impaired psychological
capacity, which creates depression and neurosis that leads into
anti-social personality development such as being involved with
criminal activities.
Rehabilitation measures for prison inmates to prevent repetition
of offenses in the future
Imprisonment is a lesson for criminal offenders to repent for
their mistakes as a punishment for their wrong doing. In this
case, staying in incarceration facilities allows them to pay back
for all criminal issues that were practiced. Incarceration or
prison institution rehabilitates and protects all kinds of
offenders from negative environmental forces such as security
threats from the kin of their families that were affected by their
wrong doing to others. The duration of their imprisonment
services depends upon the level of criminal elements that were
committed when they are still living as a freeman as indicated
by Crozner (2010).
In order to make a productive imprisonment service, prison
inmates are provided with livelihood activities such as craft
making so that they can generate their own income while
staying in incarceration facilities. This will allow prison
inmates to establish a productive plan to redirect their minds
from being aggressive and violent to become economically
independent for being creative and turning their products into
income especially when they will be released from jail.
Consistency for promoting livelihood programs should be
implemented to prevent inmates from returning from being
socially aggressive. It also promotes psychological
understanding to gain their self-confidence and self-worth,
which prevents future offensive practices that can be applied to
other over a specific period of time as mentioned by Worrall
(2008).
Counseling activities are very important for prison inmates
because they lack psychological support from their friends or
families. Criminal activities are often being committed because
inmates did not have the opportunity to release their frustrations
and extreme anxiety behavior. Counseling process allows
interpersonal relationship that will be established to each prison
inmates. In this case, it seeks to develop self-confidence and
self-worth that is an important practice to avoid criminal
activities that will be committed in the future.
Tactical Response Measures to prevent repetition of offenses by
prison that were released
Vigilance by the authorities as well as by the civilians are
necessary to report any signs of suspicious individuals who
were performing suspicious activities that will help prevent any
terror threats that looms around local communities. This activity
is an effective activity that will help prevent any signs of
impending attack or ambush made by criminal groups in
producing fear, coercion, and injuries against civilians.
Utilizing vigilance establishes public awareness to local
residents as well as with tourists which will coordinate with the
security forces as efforts to stop criminal activity which will
save lives and avoids impending property damages. Installation
of surveillance cameras in public and remote places is also
significant to properly identify suspected individuals which will
be used for future reference and documentation purposes that
will be used in legal procedures such as in hearing trials. There
is an ethical consideration that includes the invasion of privacy
as have been raising some concerns by some public officials as
well as civilians who thought of being deprived from exercising
their confidential activities as a normal and protected citizen.
Law implementation regarding military operations including
police forces which should be given the appropriate amount of
concern to become more effective in dealing with criminal
networks and organization. The ethical consideration of
implementing rules are not being met effectively due to
negligence that is why the process of asymmetrical conflict is
still making successful recruits at a specific period of time.
Government officials such as head of the community and law
makers should be collaborating with the military and police
officers by reviewing rules that are meeting outcomes for them
to identify the most effective strategies that will be carried out
to fight against crime which prevents the extent of violence to
save the local community according to Worrall (2008).
Information and dissemination is one of the most effective
strategies to increase awareness to the local community citizens
regarding to imminent threats that are lurking made by criminal
groups or individuals that will counter act against non military
intervention against asymmetrical conflict. This tactic is
effective for the reason that the people of the public will be able
to know how to protect these people and on what to do if they
encounter unusual activities.
False information dissemination can lead to ethical slander or
libel suits because of low credible information that exploits
other people due to lack of sufficient evidence or facts to
support their claims. Educative campaign will orient local
communities regarding their current situation for experiencing
security threats and for them to know the place to seek refuge
during any violent activities as claimed by Seiter (2011).
The government should identify suspicious government official
for the reason that they are responsible for disrupting the
process of implementing laws because of their unlawful
practices. Failure to control rebellious groups are often
associated by corruption activities by government officials such
as taking away funds that turns out to be anomalous and will
raise controversies as a form of unethical action. In this sense,
lack of funding leads to inadequate facilities that will partially
or having failure to meet goals in fighting criminal activities.
Corruption activities are one of the most problematic issues that
affect not only military integrity but it also involves disruption
of political, economical and social structure of a local
community.
Examining the identity and background profile of the criminal
organization is another tactical activity that will be beneficial
for the creation of goal outcomes to outcast criminal threats in
the local community. It is important to know their ideology and
principles which has been the reason behind for their attack for
the military to utilize against their aggressive use of violence
within the local and outside communities. Examining the
criminal organization or the individual terrorist’s profile is
important to know their strengths and weaknesses to avoid
failure of meeting goals. If the arrested terror suspect has been
badly beaten will be causing unethical conflicts because there
will be violations against the rights of criminals as a human
being that can raise numerous controversies against the military
personnel. This has been one of the issues that has been creating
serious concerns especially for the human rights activists for
the fact that suspects still needs to be respected as an individual
and has the right to be given another chance to become as a
productive individual within the society.
Society programs and policies
When there will be a criminal case, police authorities will be
responsible for handling criminal cases because they are the
legal professionals that will be appropriate for handling these
cases. Police will helpful for investigating all kinds of factors
and elements that will be solving criminal activities involving
children. Evidences that will be obtained by the police will be
kept confidential and will be presented in the court when there
will be legal procedures such as trials to convict a child being
involved with criminal activities. When a child will be
convicted, the justice will be served when the child will be
imprisoned for a particular period of time according to the
degree of criminal activity that has been committed by the
to a particular period as indicated by Patterson (2009).
Incarceration facilities will be seeking to improve the child’s
behavior by imposing house rules and regulations that will train
offenders in order to discipline them. Incarceration facilities are
government facilities that will help decrease the number of
criminal activities involving minor individuals from repeating
the same offense against innocent civilians. In this case,
children will be given a lesson from their grave mistakes from
being incarcerated and will allow them to realize their previous
wrongdoings. There will be psychotherapy that will be applied
for incarcerated minors so that when their sentence will be over,
they will be starting a life with full of ambitions that will allow
them to choose a productive career to replace from their rogue
pasts.
In cases when the criminal charge was not heavy enough to
imprison the child, there are facilities that will enroll the child
to social welfare facilities that includes child care centers and
rehabilitation institutions for minor individuals. These
institutions will help to debrief the child to be able to
restructure their psychological capacity in a specific period of
time according to the ruling of the court proceedings from the
criminal activity that has been committed by the offender. There
will be intensive trainings and psychological therapies that will
help the child to regain their self esteem back to normal and to
remove all signs and symptoms of aggressive and agitative
behavior that is causing their violent behaviors. Criminal are
individuals that need emergent psychological therapy attention
for the reason that their personality has been significantly
deprived according to Hopster (2006).
In cases when there will be an absence of justice, surveillance
camera should be installed to all facilities and properties so that
all videos that will be captured within the video will be used for
legal proceedings in order to meet justice as claimed by Jackson
(2009). Reporting to all authorities should be practiced so that
the police will be responsible for the search operations to find
the offender that were responsible for perpetrating the criminal
act. Parents and guardians should be collaborating with the
investigation process so that they will not be subjected in
contempt by legal authorities from obstruction of justice. In
addition, criminals should be always guided by their parents in
cases when there will be legal proceedings in order for them to
cooperate with the court and avoid misleading process of
justice.
Part III: Implication and Recommendation
It has been learned from the study that the presence of
asymmetrical conflict crime
The effectiveness of Prison
is one of the most important solutions by the government to
change the psychological capacity of minor offenders from
having negative behavior into positive. In this case,
incarceration is an opportunity for the minor offenders to have
time replacing past wrongdoings into productive lifestyle and
careers in the futures. It has been learned from the study that
the presence of a criminal individual or organizations implicates
disappointment for the local and foreign community because of
the potential threats that were currently produced and
considered to be one of the challenging hazards in a certain
community. Crimes can produce which drives away visiting
guests as well as isolating local communities. This issue is a
factor that challenges the extent of the power provided by the
authority on how far their capabilities to take place for
protecting the public and to overcome the resistance of crime by
resorting to non-military force an organized criminal activities
according to
On the other hand, political criminal activities led by highly
organized crime groups without the use of force is a peaceful
campaign which is not merely harmful within the society
because it aims to change the political system with new
governance. Government officials should be screened and
elected using their previous record for having no pending
criminal cases which is a factor for losing the public’s trust
because of past wrong doings of corruption or illegal activities
that reflect their political performance. Military personnel
should be in a complete physical, mental, and emotional
stability before participating to combat against terror groups
because range of violence has a big impact towards a soldier’s
holistic well-being especially to psychological stability of an
individual who are involved with military operation according
to Worrall (2008).
The political aspects under the threats of terror organized
criminal gangs or groups bring a lot of risks such as weakening
the legitimacy of the authority to govern over its own
community because the threat of violence halts government’s
institution that will destroy their authority to govern as
mentioned by Brenson (2006). In addition to economic woes,
the tourism industry in the presence of criminal activities will
dramatically decline that produces negative impression from
foreign countries which will be an embarrassing issue for the
local community. Social integrity will be negatively implicated
because the threats of terror cuts off communication between
the members of the community as well as affecting their self-
community that will be exposed to exploitation and abusive
activities. Basing from recent events, communities have been
battered by terrorists that are producing terror in the name of
religion which is giving concerns to various religious groups
due to the sense of supremacy for abusing the freedom to
choose religion. Ethical considerations should observed for the
reason that there are legal officers that are violating civil rights
that includes invasion of privacy, incompetence, producing false
information, and severely punishing prisoners that violates the
conduct of ethical practice to prevent injuries and fatalities in
the future according to Hopster (2006).

Use esay word please becaues I am international student. Part 1 (A,B,C) Part 2(A,B,C) Part 3(A,B,C) America and the Middle East Introduction This paper is going to provide an argumentative discussion regarding America and the Middle East. In this position, the positive argument is about the relationship between the America and the Middle East, in which America should not send its army to the Middle East. It is because Middle East has a well- equipped army that is capable of defending itself from insurgencies. This is a good idea because Middle East has a better accessibility to its own neighbor than the American troops, which are responsible for improving its nationalistic capabilities without the help of third party groups such as the
  • 2. United States. Middle East is rich in natural resources that are why the country is capable of generating billions of dollars worth of oil. It can help gain more finances from its natural resources so that each state will be capable to buy arms and equipments from other countries (Talbot & Jakeman, p. 72). As a counterargument or negative notion, America is a clear help in the Middle East for the reason that there is an existing insurgents that other countries in the Middle East cannot defend. This includes the threat of ISIS militants, Taliban, Al Qaeda, and other insurgents that are lurking across the Middle East, America along with the coalition team are the only military capable countries that can help to provide support for the ailing communities across the Middle East to preserve democracy as well as to promote prosperity not only in the Middle but around the world. The threat of Islamist Jihadist is always brutal for successfully imposing dangerous military attacks against government offices and terrorizing continuously across the Middle East, which causes security threats. There are many government forces in the Middle East who still needs Middle Eastern involvement in order to improve productivity in the long run (Pearson, n.p.). The refutation of the argument is that Middle East does not need any help from America. It is not only America but also from other western countries. Middle East is now building itself to be one of the major political and economic spots around the world because this particular region in the world is capable of producing an immense amount of natural resources, which uses its revenues to develop numerous infrastructure developments around the region. The eccentricities of the Middle Eastern culture is now creating a worldwide trend because some major countries in the Middle East are now using their economic power that will buy equipments as well as to improve its
  • 3. security measures that will fight against insurgents. Western societies will soon understand that Middle East will become a major military operating facility that will compete against other countries in terms of security missions as well as joint exercises to improve security skills and knowledge (Fennelly, p. 5). The conclusive statement of this argument is that Middle East is an independent region that shows its respective culture, geographical position, and improvement. For this reason, it does not need the help of other countries because Middle East is politically stable. In this position, the United States along with other countries in the western society will only have to provide their support and monitoring activities as ways to allow countries in the Middle East to maximize their means to empower their democracy. This includes learning more about their strategic planning measures so that each country in the Middle East shows their resiliency whenever there will be a security pressure that is mounted by the existence of rebel groups. Middle East will learn how to become an independent nation for fighting their dignity and prosperity from unruly civilians and groups, which shows to other parts of the world that they do not need support (Crowell, n.p.). • 6. Part I: Background of the Study Criminal offense refers to an organized and systematic use of criminal or coercive activity that are aiming to produce coercion or terror that is influenced by a certain individual or organized groups against civilians and institutions. Criminal offense is an extreme undesirable event for the reason that the main objective of the activity will be to produce injury and damage that causes significant amount of injuries. Criminal punishments corresponds with a certain sanction such as imprisonment that challenges written by (Patterson: p. 76) Hopster (2006) explained that crime this is a serious issue that is driven by a variety of ideology used by armed individuals or mobsters or criminal groups that aims to attain serious issues with the society such as political adjustments, opposition, societies that are growing over decades due to technology and as a form of
  • 7. bloody campaign as claimed by Efner et, al (2008). Pertaining to justice, there are specific apprehensions that can be applied for offenders for the reason that they are still under the custody of their parents or guardians when the offense happened. There are incarceration facilities that can be applied for minor offenders because they are not allowed to be associated with adult offenders to avoid further manipulation and abuse. Prison aims to rehabilitate individuals whose diminished behavioral integrity has been shifted in a wrongful way such as being involved with unlawful elements of the society. Incarceration is facilities that will seek to rehabilitate and modify individuals so that they will become productive members of the society as well as to have another chance of carrying out productive contribution to the society. The effects of criminal activities involving a certain offender impacts the welfare of the society as observed from recurring terror attacks that can take place in our local communities. In this manner, reviewing the presence of crime threats negatively affects the image of the targeted community for scaring away visitors from other communities as well as discouraging local and foreign investors to establish trade and commercial
  • 8. activities. offenders are difficult to minimize or eradicate because these are composed of multiple group of individuals that employs the art of ideology and other related principles for their activities of producing violence. Offensive activities are active in regions around the world particularly in the outskirts of an urbanized area, underdeveloped, and inaccessible places, in which they cannot be easily penetrated and detected by local and international authorities. According to Seiter (2011), public awareness has not been keen due to the concealed offenses that can be made by criminals that are why the role of justice has not been served completely on a specific period of time. Part II: Discussion and Analysis of the Subject Matter Factors that are causing Asymmetrical conflict in Asymmetrical Crime Politically motivated factors – In politics, separatism is one of the most utilized etiologies that are causing violent and harmful activities to a certain region particularly in developing countries such as Sudan in Africa and uses ideological principles to convey asymmetrical conflict by using non-violent force. It is because they employ violence as a predicament for their
  • 9. objective by demanding their territory to become independent and separated to become a new and independent state. Another form of violence is ethnicity as one of politically motivated factor causing criminal activities due to of racial discrimination against other races as well as domination of ethnic minority group that aims to control a specific portion of a territorial land. It is evaluated by legal authorities of a certain community to determine the cause of politically motivated threats to intervene against criminal activities or operations. Economical related events – Scarcity of resources such as distribution inequalities of privileges can trigger terroristic activities within the community. This is because economical status motivates an individual to establish their freedom of expression by using violence or coercion against others. Corruption is one of the causes of fund shortages that should be intended for the society that creates concern among civilians that will eventually became uprising and then violence. The use of ideological asymmetry used by criminal groups is considered as a more accessible intervention to recruit new members because it does not require huge amount of money, effort, and time for a particular threat affecting an individual to become as a criminal offender. People that are affected by economic issues resorts to become involved with criminal activities that often leads them to be imprisoned for a specific period of time as indicated by Seiter (2011).
  • 10. Religion – pertains to one of the most sought etiologies that establish crime activity around the world since the beginning of the 21 st century. Religious motivated crime is considered as a form of supremacy for the reason that criminal groups become religious supremacist for trying to dominate their religion over communities and other societies. One example can be observed specifically to some various criminal organizations who utilize ideology principles that produce coercion and violence against civilians in taking over their communities. In addition, some of these criminal networks and organizations use the term Jihad or the holy war using the Bible as an alibi to produce terror in local and global neighborhoods. Religious radicalisms are also responsible for creating crime to our local communities because these are newly created religious organizations that adopted their rules of violence. The intensity of criminal impact made by these radical groups can range from small scale occurring to local communities up to large scale of violence that can occur in any place. Poor family background – It has been learned from different studies that prison inmates lacks family support, which creates an extreme anxiety. This manner resorts to have inefficient coping mechanisms that tend to use violence to release their anxiety. Individuals that are experiencing broken families, with
  • 11. no family, or being abandoned are the most vulnerable because they lack emotional support to guide their behaviors. Individuals that are abused develop an impaired psychological capacity, which creates depression and neurosis that leads into anti-social personality development such as being involved with criminal activities. Rehabilitation measures for prison inmates to prevent repetition of offenses in the future Imprisonment is a lesson for criminal offenders to repent for their mistakes as a punishment for their wrong doing. In this case, staying in incarceration facilities allows them to pay back for all criminal issues that were practiced. Incarceration or prison institution rehabilitates and protects all kinds of offenders from negative environmental forces such as security threats from the kin of their families that were affected by their wrong doing to others. The duration of their imprisonment services depends upon the level of criminal elements that were committed when they are still living as a freeman as indicated by Crozner (2010). In order to make a productive imprisonment service, prison inmates are provided with livelihood activities such as craft making so that they can generate their own income while staying in incarceration facilities. This will allow prison
  • 12. inmates to establish a productive plan to redirect their minds from being aggressive and violent to become economically independent for being creative and turning their products into income especially when they will be released from jail. Consistency for promoting livelihood programs should be implemented to prevent inmates from returning from being socially aggressive. It also promotes psychological understanding to gain their self-confidence and self-worth, which prevents future offensive practices that can be applied to other over a specific period of time as mentioned by Worrall (2008). Counseling activities are very important for prison inmates because they lack psychological support from their friends or families. Criminal activities are often being committed because inmates did not have the opportunity to release their frustrations and extreme anxiety behavior. Counseling process allows interpersonal relationship that will be established to each prison inmates. In this case, it seeks to develop self-confidence and self-worth that is an important practice to avoid criminal activities that will be committed in the future. Tactical Response Measures to prevent repetition of offenses by prison that were released
  • 13. Vigilance by the authorities as well as by the civilians are necessary to report any signs of suspicious individuals who were performing suspicious activities that will help prevent any terror threats that looms around local communities. This activity is an effective activity that will help prevent any signs of impending attack or ambush made by criminal groups in producing fear, coercion, and injuries against civilians. Utilizing vigilance establishes public awareness to local residents as well as with tourists which will coordinate with the security forces as efforts to stop criminal activity which will save lives and avoids impending property damages. Installation of surveillance cameras in public and remote places is also significant to properly identify suspected individuals which will be used for future reference and documentation purposes that will be used in legal procedures such as in hearing trials. There is an ethical consideration that includes the invasion of privacy as have been raising some concerns by some public officials as well as civilians who thought of being deprived from exercising their confidential activities as a normal and protected citizen. Law implementation regarding military operations including police forces which should be given the appropriate amount of concern to become more effective in dealing with criminal networks and organization. The ethical consideration of implementing rules are not being met effectively due to
  • 14. negligence that is why the process of asymmetrical conflict is still making successful recruits at a specific period of time. Government officials such as head of the community and law makers should be collaborating with the military and police officers by reviewing rules that are meeting outcomes for them to identify the most effective strategies that will be carried out to fight against crime which prevents the extent of violence to save the local community according to Worrall (2008). Information and dissemination is one of the most effective strategies to increase awareness to the local community citizens regarding to imminent threats that are lurking made by criminal groups or individuals that will counter act against non military intervention against asymmetrical conflict. This tactic is effective for the reason that the people of the public will be able to know how to protect these people and on what to do if they encounter unusual activities. False information dissemination can lead to ethical slander or libel suits because of low credible information that exploits other people due to lack of sufficient evidence or facts to support their claims. Educative campaign will orient local communities regarding their current situation for experiencing security threats and for them to know the place to seek refuge during any violent activities as claimed by Seiter (2011). The government should identify suspicious government official
  • 15. for the reason that they are responsible for disrupting the process of implementing laws because of their unlawful practices. Failure to control rebellious groups are often associated by corruption activities by government officials such as taking away funds that turns out to be anomalous and will raise controversies as a form of unethical action. In this sense, lack of funding leads to inadequate facilities that will partially or having failure to meet goals in fighting criminal activities. Corruption activities are one of the most problematic issues that affect not only military integrity but it also involves disruption of political, economical and social structure of a local community. Examining the identity and background profile of the criminal organization is another tactical activity that will be beneficial for the creation of goal outcomes to outcast criminal threats in the local community. It is important to know their ideology and principles which has been the reason behind for their attack for the military to utilize against their aggressive use of violence within the local and outside communities. Examining the criminal organization or the individual terrorist’s profile is important to know their strengths and weaknesses to avoid failure of meeting goals. If the arrested terror suspect has been badly beaten will be causing unethical conflicts because there will be violations against the rights of criminals as a human being that can raise numerous controversies against the military
  • 16. personnel. This has been one of the issues that has been creating serious concerns especially for the human rights activists for the fact that suspects still needs to be respected as an individual and has the right to be given another chance to become as a productive individual within the society. Society programs and policies When there will be a criminal case, police authorities will be responsible for handling criminal cases because they are the legal professionals that will be appropriate for handling these cases. Police will helpful for investigating all kinds of factors and elements that will be solving criminal activities involving children. Evidences that will be obtained by the police will be kept confidential and will be presented in the court when there will be legal procedures such as trials to convict a child being involved with criminal activities. When a child will be convicted, the justice will be served when the child will be imprisoned for a particular period of time according to the degree of criminal activity that has been committed by the to a particular period as indicated by Patterson (2009). Incarceration facilities will be seeking to improve the child’s behavior by imposing house rules and regulations that will train offenders in order to discipline them. Incarceration facilities are
  • 17. government facilities that will help decrease the number of criminal activities involving minor individuals from repeating the same offense against innocent civilians. In this case, children will be given a lesson from their grave mistakes from being incarcerated and will allow them to realize their previous wrongdoings. There will be psychotherapy that will be applied for incarcerated minors so that when their sentence will be over, they will be starting a life with full of ambitions that will allow them to choose a productive career to replace from their rogue pasts. In cases when the criminal charge was not heavy enough to imprison the child, there are facilities that will enroll the child to social welfare facilities that includes child care centers and rehabilitation institutions for minor individuals. These institutions will help to debrief the child to be able to restructure their psychological capacity in a specific period of time according to the ruling of the court proceedings from the criminal activity that has been committed by the offender. There will be intensive trainings and psychological therapies that will help the child to regain their self esteem back to normal and to remove all signs and symptoms of aggressive and agitative behavior that is causing their violent behaviors. Criminal are individuals that need emergent psychological therapy attention for the reason that their personality has been significantly
  • 18. deprived according to Hopster (2006). In cases when there will be an absence of justice, surveillance camera should be installed to all facilities and properties so that all videos that will be captured within the video will be used for legal proceedings in order to meet justice as claimed by Jackson (2009). Reporting to all authorities should be practiced so that the police will be responsible for the search operations to find the offender that were responsible for perpetrating the criminal act. Parents and guardians should be collaborating with the investigation process so that they will not be subjected in contempt by legal authorities from obstruction of justice. In addition, criminals should be always guided by their parents in cases when there will be legal proceedings in order for them to cooperate with the court and avoid misleading process of justice. Part III: Implication and Recommendation It has been learned from the study that the presence of asymmetrical conflict crime The effectiveness of Prison is one of the most important solutions by the government to change the psychological capacity of minor offenders from
  • 19. having negative behavior into positive. In this case, incarceration is an opportunity for the minor offenders to have time replacing past wrongdoings into productive lifestyle and careers in the futures. It has been learned from the study that the presence of a criminal individual or organizations implicates disappointment for the local and foreign community because of the potential threats that were currently produced and considered to be one of the challenging hazards in a certain community. Crimes can produce which drives away visiting guests as well as isolating local communities. This issue is a factor that challenges the extent of the power provided by the authority on how far their capabilities to take place for protecting the public and to overcome the resistance of crime by resorting to non-military force an organized criminal activities according to On the other hand, political criminal activities led by highly organized crime groups without the use of force is a peaceful campaign which is not merely harmful within the society because it aims to change the political system with new governance. Government officials should be screened and elected using their previous record for having no pending criminal cases which is a factor for losing the public’s trust because of past wrong doings of corruption or illegal activities that reflect their political performance. Military personnel
  • 20. should be in a complete physical, mental, and emotional stability before participating to combat against terror groups because range of violence has a big impact towards a soldier’s holistic well-being especially to psychological stability of an individual who are involved with military operation according to Worrall (2008). The political aspects under the threats of terror organized criminal gangs or groups bring a lot of risks such as weakening the legitimacy of the authority to govern over its own community because the threat of violence halts government’s institution that will destroy their authority to govern as mentioned by Brenson (2006). In addition to economic woes, the tourism industry in the presence of criminal activities will dramatically decline that produces negative impression from foreign countries which will be an embarrassing issue for the local community. Social integrity will be negatively implicated because the threats of terror cuts off communication between the members of the community as well as affecting their self- community that will be exposed to exploitation and abusive activities. Basing from recent events, communities have been battered by terrorists that are producing terror in the name of religion which is giving concerns to various religious groups due to the sense of supremacy for abusing the freedom to choose religion. Ethical considerations should observed for the
