48. I am Marsha Randolph, owner of Marsha Pro Marketing (MPM) based in Westlake Village , CA a community 20 miles north-west of Los Angeles. MPM specializes in branding, marketing, event planning and photography. We are very proud to work with the WNBA athletes. We are committed to assist the WNBA to improve its marketability and to gain a higher level of public awareness and recognition. It is my belief that if we could package our female professional athletes in a more appealing and a captivating manner we will achieve greater benefits for the players and for the WNBA league in whole. Winning corporate endorsements and marketing opportunities will increase the league’s fan base, sell more game tickets, build stronger images as role models, deliver more sponsors on a corporate level and strengthen the entire league’s brand message. It’s a known fact that female consumers have the greatest buying power and rule the consumer products marketing space. Then why don’t we see our WNBA players more in this marketing space?
