This is about Learnist

1. Learnist is a look-a-like website like Pinterest that allows users to create and share
educational ideas that they are interested in learning about. Learnist is a true Web
2.0 because it is free to sign up, it can be used by people everywhere and they can
communicate while using it, and it also is available to people you want to see what
you are doing and to see things that you share interests in.
Getting Started:
1. In your web address box type in the URL for Learnist. (Learnist.com)
2. To sign up, click the icon that says sign up. You can sign up using Facebook
or an email address.
Once you are logged in, a screen will pop up asking what you are interested in.
You click all that apply to your interests.

2. After you click those interests, you will be directed to another page that asks if you
would like to share your interests with anyone. You can share these interests via
email, Facebook, etc.
After that, it will take you to a screen that will allow you to customize your profile.
You can select an image and create a biography.

3. Then, it will take you to the main page of learnist, which gives you step by step
instructions on how to use the site.

6. You will see individual videos and descriptions on the main page of Learnist
telling what each step is. You have to click the play button and watch all of the
videos. This entire page is a tutorial on how to use the website.

3) Beneficial for teacher to expand learning

1) They send too many emails that explain stuff.
