INVITATION FROM CHAIRPERSON - MIP

Dear Patron,
I have immense pleasure in presenting before you, the 30th batch of PGDM students numbering 302
and a relatively smaller 3rd batch of 24 PGDM-Healthcare students. These students have been
handpicked by us after putting them through a rigorous selection process to ensure high input quality
and hence they happen to be some of the brightest minds in our country. Over two years they would be
exposed not only to a highly competitive academic environment, but also to a host of events meant to
hone their managerial skills.
With students from such diverse educational backgrounds, ranging from Biotechnology to Law and
Pharmacy to aeronautics, it is my belief that no matter what the type of organization yours is, you would
be able to find at least one suitable candidate to handle any assignment.
The support you had extended for summer placements 2012 was overwhelming, with 64 top notch
Companies selecting 248 students and we are optimistic of a higher turnout of Companies for the
2013 exercise.
While I have a deep sense of gratitude for your patronage shown in the past, I solicit support of all you
recruiters for summer internships 2013 for which the selection and screening of students by
Companies would commence in September 2012 for the two months internship which would be
during April-May 2013.
Thank you in anticipation.

WHY RECRUIT AT TAPMI?

      • Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business
(AACSB) is the oldest and toughest accreditation

Florida, US, the organization has been in existence since

      • The Association deputes a team of peers, who are Deans

  • 4. INVITATION FROM CHAIRPERSON - MIP Dear Patron, I have immense pleasure in presenting before you, the 30th batch of PGDM students numbering 302 and a relatively smaller 3rd batch of 24 PGDM-Healthcare students. These students have been handpicked by us after putting them through a rigorous selection process to ensure high input quality and hence they happen to be some of the brightest minds in our country. Over two years they would be exposed not only to a highly competitive academic environment, but also to a host of events meant to hone their managerial skills. With students from such diverse educational backgrounds, ranging from Biotechnology to Law and Pharmacy to aeronautics, it is my belief that no matter what the type of organization yours is, you would be able to find at least one suitable candidate to handle any assignment. The support you had extended for summer placements 2012 was overwhelming, with 64 top notch Companies selecting 248 students and we are optimistic of a higher turnout of Companies for the 2013 exercise. While I have a deep sense of gratitude for your patronage shown in the past, I solicit support of all you recruiters for summer internships 2013 for which the selection and screening of students by Companies would commence in September 2012 for the two months internship which would be during April-May 2013. Thank you in anticipation. Warm regards, S. Sudeep Kumar Associate Professor & Chairman (MIP) 3

Headquartered at Tampa, Florida, US, the organization has been in existence since 1916. (Please visit: www.aacsb.edu) • The Association deputes a team of peers, who are Deans of reputed Business Schools in the West, highly knowledgeable in management education and research, thoroughly conversant in the quality processes and are highly respected in academic circles. • As in April 2012, there are close to 50 business schools in India that have sought AACSB's membership or accreditation. Only two have succeeded so far in getting accredited, TAPMI being one of them. CREDIBILITY • TAPMI is one among the very few business schools in the country that was awarded an A-Triple Star rating by CRISIL in early 2011. • Accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with Five Stars. • Accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with an 'A' rating. • TAPMI is a founding member of Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS). The objectives of these standards are to bring in transparency in reporting placement and summer placements data and sharing the same with all our esteemed stakeholders. 4
