• Take high amount of vitamin C which is helpful in
absorption of iron.
• Iron: consume iron-rich foods i.e. meats, beans,
lentils, dark green leafy vegetables and dried fruits.
• Lower the consumption of tea and coffee as they
may lead to make your body harder to absorb iron.
• Include Folate in your diet: folic acid is generally
found in the citrus fruits and juices, bananas,
legumes, cereals and pasta.
• Include vitamin B-12 in your diet: this vitamin is
generally found in the dairy and meat products.

Take 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon
of honey and water.
DIRECTIONS:
•In water, add one tablespoon of sesame seeds and
leave it for 2 hours.
•Now strain the water and make a paste of sesame
seeds by crushing them.
•In this paste, add one tablespoon of honey and
mix it well.
•Consume this 2 times in a day.

5. Take 50 gm of tomato, 50 gm of carrot, 10-20 gm of
beet root, 150 gm of candy sugar and 50 gm of
honey.
DIRECTIONS:
• Extract out the juice of carrot, tomato and beet root
and filter them.
• Now add powder of candy sugar in it and on a sim
flame make a thick syrup. Add honey and lemon
and keep it in a bottle.
• Consume 1-2 spoons of this with one glass of water
along with a small quantity of fresh lemon juice.
One who is having less blood must consume this 3
times a day.

6. Take equal quantity of prickly chaff flower,
devils horsewhip, achyranthes aspera, apamarga,
chirchira, uttareni roots powder, candy sugar
and powder of cardamom powder.
DIRECTIONS:
• Take all the ingredients and make a powder of
them.
• Store this powder in a glass bottle.
• Consume half spoon of this powder with water
3 times in a day.

Take a ripe banana and two teaspoonful of
honey.
DIRECTIONS:
Firstly add two tablespoon of honey in mashed
ripe banana.
Eat this mixtures 2 times a day.

8. Take dry grapes, anjeer/anjur, dry kharjur.
DIRECTIONS:
• Take all the ingredients and put them in a half
glass of water and leave it overnight.
• Next day early in the morning, eat one by one
the soaked dry fruits and consume soaked
water. After consuming this do not eat breakfast
for 1 hour.

•One can include honey in its daily diet.
•One can eat leafy vegetables like spinach.
