4. I have chosen to use Font 1 which is: FT Nihilist Philosophy. I think that the font makes a bold statement and is easily read but also given a graffiti/grunge style. The masthead will be situated in the top left corner, similarly to some of the research which I found from NME and Q magazine. I thought that the Font 2: SF Sports Night, was too wide to fit in the corner of the magazine, so would be preferred for the masthead to be central and spread across the width. However, I felt that it would occupy too much space and would interrupt the main image. I also feel that the text represents a more modern, futuristic magazine, such as one that would include more Dubstep or psychedelic music. 1. 2.
