Pursuant to LCR 83.2(b)(1), MDK Law Associates moves for withdraw as counsel for
all of the above-named Defendants based on the above-named Defendants failure to adhere to
certain agreed terms. This withdrawal is specifically authorized by RPC 1.16. Specifically,
MDK Law Associates requests that the Court allow for the withdrawal of Mark Douglas
Kimball, Brandon Wayman and Mary Thurston as counsel for the above-named Defendants.
MDK Law Associates certifies that this motion was served on the above-named
Defendants at the email addresses and addresses listed within the Certificate of Service and on
opposing counsel. The addresses and telephone numbers of those left unrepresented are provided
in the Certificate of Service with this Motion pursuant to LCR 83.2(b) to the extent the addresses
