For over 3 minutes, invited guests and
a gathered crowd enjoyed a surreal
fairytale of light and magical effects.
A red ribbon, wrapped around the
building, untangled and transformed
the building into a colourful dollhouse
where nothing is what it seems. This

4. HSBC WRAPS UP
CHRISTMAS
The world’s local bank, is putting a
bow on the festive season in New York
with gift wrapping booths located in
the city’s Christmas markets.
The complimentary service is available
for all shoppers who purchase gifts at
the markets but HSBC customers get
to skip the queue and head straight to
the front.
5. THE WORLD’S FASTEST
PANTOMIME
O2 are spreading the festive cheer
with the “World’s Fastest Panto.” The
online production allows users to pick
their own cast by uploading a few
photos and renaming the characters
before sending your personalised
panto to family and friends. For every
panto created O2 will donate 50p to
charity.
6. ORANGE SECRET
TWITTER PORTRAITS
Orange have teamed up with illustration
students from the University of Creative
Arts (UCA) for a Twitter-based campaign
in which participants get portraits drawn
of themselves simply by sending a
tweet. Users describe themselves in the
tweet, add the #secretportraits hashtag
and then UCA students will create the
most intriguing tweeters in portrait form.
The illustrations all appear on Orange’s
“The Feed” and all the subjects will
receive hardcopies of the illustrations.
