To create a multi-track recording in Audacity, you first open a new project and record narrations for each track. You can then import audio files like rain sounds or music. When complete, you should have 4 tracks displayed - the narration, rain sounds, and music. You can move and adjust the tracks using tools to manipulate their position and volume. Finally, you save the project with your name and provide feedback by completing an online survey.
