What can I use to learn English in summer?
1. My books: revise from unit 1 to 9 using your Student’s and Work books.
2. My notebook: revise your photocopies and your notebook. Remember the exercises you did in class.
3. My CD: work with the CD on your computer (you don’t need the Internet)
4. The English Department web page: www.englishrules.tk Here you will find extra explanations and exercises at
different levels. You can check your answers and practice.
Do I need a teacher?
It will be better for you if you have somebody to help you, but if it is not possible, you can work with a
dictionary, read the texts in the book, do all exercises in the Workbook, study the vocabulary, study the irregular verbs,
read aloud. It could be a good idea if you study with a friend.

MY SUMMER DIARY:
Every Monday you will write about what you did the previous weekend. You can tell about your daily routines, how
much you helped at home, if you did something special. Use past simple & continuous Think about what you are
going to write, try to use short sentences and connectors.
