1. Weekends off? It can happen.
What if….
you made it a priority to clean out your grade box
by 5PM on Friday?
(That would mean you would not have to open your computer to grade until 5PM
on Sunday.)

2. Just what if??
one person took all calls for the weekend and
sent you the call log Sunday night?
(That would mean no incoming calls and no grading for 48 hours.)

3. AND….What if…
the on-call teacher could take two days off the
following week free from incoming calls and
grading? (It would mean only one weekend on call every 8
weeks for full-time instructors)
It can be a perfect world, or we can at least try!

