The huge open plan kitchen is ideal for family or gourmet cooking and leads directly to
an outside dining area which itself overlooks the pool. A comfortable 'snug' area and a
comfortable modern sitting room with floor to ceiling windows which open out over the
beautiful views of the roof tops and church tower of Le Rouret towards the sea,
completes the ground floor accommodation.
The gardens and pool terrace have plenty of shady areas to enjoy the lazy afternoons of
the South of France whilst for the more energetic there is a lovely heated swimming
pool and private tennis court. The pretty village of Le Rouret which is a short walk away
offers one of the regions best restaurants, shops and a boulanger.
