3. What is
A U X I L I U M A DVA N C E D
A N A LY T I C S ( A A A ) ?
Auxilium Advanced Analytics is AmplioGroup’s comprehensive A/R and A/P analytics and insights tool.
AAA provides incredibly rich and deep visibility and
predictive capabilities into the historical, current and
future performance and behaviors of key process stake-
holders, customers and suppliers.
AAA is a fully cloud based (Microsoft Azure) busi-
ness intelligence and reporting solution that provides
clients with the deep set of insights typically provided
by AmplioGroup as part of an ongoing optimization
engagement. As a software as a service (SaaS) offering,
AAA provides both an exceptional set of optimization
capabilities and a cost-effective means of maintaining
ongoing expert insights and analytics to push perfor-
mance improvement, detect risks, event-based custom-
er/supplier scores and pinpoint opportunity identifica-
tion.
AAA provides standardized periodic reporting, re-
al-time metrics and KPIs and a secured “self-service”
data cube for ad hoc analysis. Reports are provided
with stunning, state of the art, visualizations that enable
users to see tangibly and precisely how the operations
are performing. The self-service functionality permits
authorized users to perform deep dive analysis of the
extensive data points generated within AAA.
The AAA data set continuously evolves to enable on-
going predictive refinement that provides the basis for
behavioral based cash flow forecasting and behavioral
variance alerts.
On an ongoing basis AAA calculates dynamic event
driven customer scores that facilitate account man-
agement prioritization and customer retention/release
assessment.The scores consider specific measurable
events (and their frequencies) to provide an unbiased
view of the cost/value of the customer relationship
and to identify specific pain points to be addressed as
part of relationship management processes. The scores,
and their underlying components, can be integrated as
precision elements to any cost to serve measurements
and analytics used by the client.

6. Insights
• AAA provides exceptional depth of performance insight.
Data is fed into AAA at the most granular level (typically
at invoice level but can be brought in at line item level).
All relevant invoice/line item attributes such as salesper-
son, business unit, region, subsidiary etc. form part of the
data set and enable deep dive analyses.
• AAA scales performance insights and alerts to the most
precise data driver levels and combinations to enable
remedial action, training and communication to augment
customer/vendor relationships and to optimize cashflow.
• AAA can be leveraged to greatly strengthen cashflow
forecasting activities using transaction level payment fore-
casts driven by ongoing rolling metrics.
Benefits of AAA
• AAA enables key stakeholders and users to precise-
ly identify performance opportunities and challenges
throughout the order to cash and procure to pay cy-
cles. AAA’s powerful predictive algorithms help identity
impending issues earlier (at granular attribute levels) to
support continuous improvement programs.
• AAA’s compelling visualizations assist users to easily
see critical focal areas and empower proactive remedial
efforts.
• AAA’s automatically generated standard reporting capa-

Data Sources, Quality and Security
• AAA leverages the Microsoft stack (Azure and SQL Server) and its services (SSIS – integration services, SSAS – analysis
services and SSRS – reporting services) to acquire, manage and utilize data. Azure and SQL Server provide a robust and
expansive platform to handle vast amounts of data effectively.
• As depicted in the image on this page,AAA uses a comprehensive and state of the art ETL (extract, transform and load)
process to assess and normalize data quality, to transform and combine data components. AAA’s approach to data man-
agement (data warehouses and data cubes) assures that information can be accessed in the most expedient and secure
manner to facilitate ongoing or ad hoc visualization, analysis and reporting.
• AAA further leverages the Microsoft stack for security purposes. User rights and permissions are administered using
Azure Active Directory which both simplifies user management and ensures that the client can control rights through
existing protocols.
