  1. SCRIPT: Not surprisingly, we’ve leveraged what our customers have been telling us and mapped that to the precedent being handed down by the Courts and implemented this in our investment litigation management strategy. That is what I’d like be able to share with you; and see if you think we’re on the right path. We have developed a 4-part strategy. [CLICK] First, we’re looking to improve & expand upon our offerings that are aligned to the critical stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, which I’ll show in a moment. That includes the release of new enterprise class offerings in document review, and early data assessment and a strong focus on the early stages of EDRM (i.e. forensic collections, litigation holds).[CLICK] We’re expanding our litigation hosting offering. We are investing in a big way in this space. We are looking to host both your applications, whether they are LexisNexis applications or not, and your data. We’re also doubling down our efforts on hosting that data on demand to allow you to use your own data to make better, more strategic decision making.[CLICK] As a result of feedback, we are making big investments in the area of integration and unifying our research and litigation portfolios. Our primary focus and priority is on eDiscovery, which includes our software products called Concordance, LAW PreDiscovery, and Early Data Analyzer. We are also improving and integrating solutions such as CaseMap & TextMap.[CLICK] Lastly, we want to use data to drive better litigation decision making. To do so, we are going to leverage our Lexis Search Advantage technology to enable data driven decisions such as a new solution called Matter Experience. All of which you’ll see more about in a moment.[CLICK]
