Introduction
The non-valuated materials Management Solution, is an application
innovated to plan, manage and track consumable materials that are
procured as direct charge, but not completely consumed, some quantities
are stored for future use, and departments need to plan, manage and
track those materials, but cannot be part of the Material Supply
warehouses inventory
Example of Departments utilizing the solution:
 Security Department
 Fire Fighting Department
 Community Department
 IT Area Department

Solution Integration
The non-valuated materials Management Solution integrates with the
consumable procurement process via in-house enhancement
(Transaction ZM0122) and utilizing classifications system.
Transaction ZM0122:
This transaction links the non-valuated materials (9STK) with the
reference consumable material(9COM) based on classification and
perform the following activities:
•Create procurement requirement document
•Convert the requirement to purchase requisition
•Maintain purchase requisition data
•Release purchase requisition
•Goods Receipts and Issues Processes
Classification:
•Create the 9COM material as a characteristics within the 9STK material
Master record
•Estimated price can be created as a characteristics too
