3. Background
• Giant Impact, Atlanta, GA (www.giantimpact.com), working
with co-founder and management author Dr.
John Maxwell has hosted a “Leadership
Simulcast” event for the past 10 years.
• Based on an a historic goal of “promoting
leadership development in the community as
they do in business,” Chick-Fil-A has chosen to
be the “national lead sponsor” of this major
“community-based” event this year.
• The event is called:
“Chick-Fil-A Leadercast 2010”

• As in the past, the event is being simulcast
throughout the country to designated “host” sites
(live from Atlanta).
• An expected 70,000 leaders are expected to
attend from 500 host sites in N. America.
• Being closely aligned with Chick-Fil-A values on
“leadership development” and “helping people
succeed,” Express Employment Professionals in
Dallas has chosen to be a “host site for 2010.
5. Purpose of Event
• To develop leaders at all levels, positions and
stages
- One community at a time
- One business at a time
- One person at a time
• To provide a high-quality and low-cost
leadership development opportunity for
companies/organizations and individuals at all
levels.
• To utilize the event as opportunity to raise funds
for Children’s Miracle Network in Dallas, TX

Express is a national fundraising partner with Children's Miracle Network.
(www.childrensmiraclenetwork.org ). Express has raised over $3.5
million for the organization since establishing our partnership in 1991.
From annual corporate fundraising events at our international leadership
conference to local Children's Miracle Network balloon sales in our U.S.
and Canadian offices, Express proudly supports Children's Miracle
Network throughout North America.
- The mission of Chick-fil-A is "to glorify God by being a faithful
steward of all that is entrusted to us; and to have a positive influence on
all who come in contact with at Chick-fil-A.”
- The mission of Express Employment Professionals is to “help as
many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many
organizations as possible find good people.”
