How to Have Enough Time to Study When You Have Kids
It is tough being a nontraditional student. I know... I was one for many years.
Plan Ahead According to Your College Schedule
This skill is super important and will be a life-saver in helping you find enough time to study.
Menus-It would be easy to see if I had exams I needed to study for or papers due that I needed to work on. If that were the case I could plan on meals that were: (a) quick, (b) utilizing leftovers, (c) pulled out of the freezer stock (such as a pre-made meatloaf), (d) cooked ahead over the weekend (such as spaghetti transformed to lasagna), or (e) able to be put in the crockpot in the morning.
Laundry-It has always been pure common-sense to me to do laundry while I was cooking. It's like multitasking at its finest. My clothes are washing at the same time I'm cooking. While I'm eating I pop them in the dryer and that evening I spend 15 or 20 minutes (Tops) putting them up. How easy is that?
Don't Try To Do Everything Yourself
There is absolutely no need to try to do everything yourself. I know... I know... no one else does it quite like you do. Believe me, I know.
My best friend just out-of-the-blue started folding dish towels for me one night. He didn't do it anywhere near like I like it but you know what... he saved me 30 minutes or so of folding. Later I spent 5 minutes straightening them out the way I like them.
If you could save a half hour here and a half hour there they add up to hours.

At the beginning of the semester after I'd received each syllabi I'd put
everything into a planner on the date it was due.
That way, I'd know... at a glance... how I needed to allot my time each and

With that information I'd plan for that week including:
