My background is in information technology. I started my career as a software developer, and then became a technology manager. After years of working for others, I decided to take a risk and start my own technology company. In 2001, I launched my first business, Keeneek S.r.l. and after a few years, I merged it with Wave Group ─ an IT consulting and outsourcing company that grew to more than 1,000 employees during the years.
