Lu Rui & Co’s innovation and service delivery center is located at the Technopak of
Trivandrum, Kerala. Lu Rui & Co chose Kerala, as their Asian service delivery hub for many
reasons.
• Kerala has the best talent pool in the country with 50,000 Engineering graduates coming
out of Kerala colleges and 20,000 Engineering graduates coming out of Southern Tamil
Nadu. In addition, Kerala also have 200,000 other graduates coming out of colleges. The
attrition rates in companies are in the range of 5% per annum.
• The cost of operations is lower by 30 to 35% and cost of living is lower by 40% compared
to other IT hubs in Asia.
• Trivandrum is home to some of the premier research and development institutions like
Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, Rajiv
Gandhi Centre for bio-technnology, etc. and is also home to premier national institutions
like IISER, IISST, IIITM-K, etc
• The Trivandrum International airport which has got very good international daily
connectivity to all major Indian cities is 10kms away from Technopark. The City Centre is
15 Kms away with Central Railway Station and Central Bus Depot.
• Kerala , also known as, "God's own Country" is a tourist paradise with lots of holiday
destinations - beaches and hill stations within an hours reach.
