This document provides a 10 step process for students to email the professor of a class from the class schedule listing on their university portal. It instructs students to sign into the portal, look up the class, find the class listing, and then click the email icon next to the professor's name to open a pre-addressed email draft to contact the professor. If the email icon does not work, it advises students to right click and copy the professor's email address.

1. How to:
E-mail the Professor of the Class

2. Step 1
 Sign into myESU portal and click on the
Students tab

3. Step 1 & 2
 Go to the Registration Tools Box
 Select Look Up Classes

4. Step 3 & 4
 Select a term from the drop down list
Click Submit

5. Step 5
 If you know what subject you’re looking for select
that subject.

6. Step 6
 Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select
Class Search.

7. Step 7
 Scroll down until you
find the class you’re
looking for.

8. Step 8
 If you want to read
more information
on the class click
on the CRN
number.

9. Step 9
 This is the class schedule listing.
 Have an E-mail browser open.
 Click on the E-mail icon.

10. Step 10
 A new E-mail window will open with the
Professor’s E-mail address entered.

11. What if it doesn’t work?
 You can right click on the
E-mail icon and copy the
e-mail address.
