On March 23, President Obama signed a sweeping health care reform bill into law. The law can improve access to support services for people and families experiencing homelessness. Workshop speakers will discuss changes to Medicaid, and other provisions in the bill, which affect extremely low income families and individuals. Speakers will also focus on what advocacy will be needed at the state level to maximize the benefits of health care reform.
