Teachers will use tools like YouTube, Google Docs, and podcasts to engage students interactively. Progress will be measured through regular student tests, teacher assessments, and analysis of website and social media usage.

E-books
We aim to reduce our paper consumption by 50%, our teachers and students have
access to a wide variety of E-books via the SFORMATION Library on our new website –

E-Learning Package
Using an online Moodle SFORMATION have created an e-learning package to be rolled
out to all Intermediate and Advanced students.
Telephone Sessions
Students will be given the opportunity to practice their English with their teachers on the
telephone in the classroom using a variety of prepared role-plays and conversation topics.
Interactivity - You Tube, Google Docs, Podcasts
Teachers will motivate the students with music videos from You Tube, online exercises via
Google Docs and listening exercises from the Apple ITunes Store.

4. E-Learning via our new website
E-learning is an online learning program aimed at students
from intermediate to advanced. It is a high tech multimedia
platform with detailed explanations of grammar points and
exercises for students to complete online to test their
knowledge and understanding.
Google Docs from Gmail
Students and teachers have access to Google Docs in the
classroom to share information, notes and reading
materials in order to reduce the amount of paper used in
the workplace.

5. Skype
SFORMATION is now present in Skype. A teacher will
be available on demand to answer students urgent
queries out of hours. You can text chat, voice chat or
even have a video call with an SFORMATION teacher
on demand or by arranging a class in advance through the
office.

Wiki Tools and Blogs
We will shortly be developing teaching methods based
around online blogs and wiki tools. – Watch this space!

6. • How will we measure our progress?
• Iberteaching students complete regular level tests and these results are
available for clients one week after completion of the tests.
• Our teachers are regularly assessed by SFORMATION staff, external
bodies and students. Training is implemented where staff are falling behind
in their results.
• Website, E-learning and social media traffic is analyzed on a monthly
basis.
• SFORMATION teachers complete a Progress Report and Timesheet
detailing exactly what has been covered in each class. This information is
updated to our database on a monthly basis and is available to our clients
on request at any time.

7. SFORMATION students receive a Diploma signed and stamped
on completion of their course. The diploma states their level
according to the European standards.
Students and clients also receive a Personal Development
Record from start to finish on completion of the course.
