This document outlines interviews conducted with restaurant suppliers and end customers regarding food delivery and online ordering. Supplier interviews found that many restaurants do not offer delivery and most still take orders by phone. Restaurants want to update customers on menus regularly and advertise but lack resources. They are interested in delivery and online ordering to help sales. Customer interviews found most prefer to order instead of dining in, but still order junk food due to low cost and convenience over local foods. Both groups see potential in an online food delivery and ordering system.
