• WHAT did Fight Club offer? (Refuge, escapism – From WHAT?)
• “Wildman” (Robert Bly) – Tyler Durden – Guides a young man through the stages
of male growth and remind him (‘The narrator’) of his masculinity and purpose.
In your exercise books, YOU MUST analyse and identify an example
(or more) of where Tyler Durden conforms to the “Wildman”
ideology.
