4. Hwa Chong International School will be celebrating the International Friendship Day on 21st July 2010 in conjunction with the Racial Harmony Day. Lessons will begin at 8am and end at 11am. Thereafter, all students and teachers will proceed to the MPH for the celebrations. The theme for the International friendship Day 2010 is Life, Spirit, Colour. The objectives of this event are: -To create an awareness of International cultures among students, and -To foster a sense of bonding and friendhsip among students.

9. Programme Highlights Grand Opening of International Friendship Day An artistic form of nonverbal communication meets modern music. The Grand Opening of the International Friendship Day concert will consist of a dance performance led by Karta (Pre-University One Integrity). The genre of the dance would be a combination of hip hop and modern dancing.
10. Programme Highlights ASIA Fashion Show and Game Show Stunning Asian originals will surely portray the unique cultures and traditions of the ‘Paddy Fields’. This fashion show will be graced by models of Secondary Four. AUSTRALASIA Haka Dance Get ready to feel the beat of the Secondary Two’s inner war dance that will resound with fervor of the great Maori tribe.
11. Programme Highlights AFRICA Short Skit An insight into the lives of 2 very different teenagers. Feel the emotions that are exuded from this skit put up by the unbashful actors of Secondary One! EUROPE Life of Napoleon A humorous yet informative documentary by the Pre-University Ones on the life of Europe's most charismatic leader, Napoleon Bonarparte.

Programme Highlights LATIN AMERICA STOMP Musical This rhythmical performance by the Secondary Threes will surely keep your heart beating in sync with the sounds of containers and bottles that will bring forth the lively culture of the Latin American countries. GUEST PEFORMANCE Instrumental and Solo Singing A soulful song piece performed by two of our very own Pre-University students Bryan & Annabelle, who will provide a break for the audience to sit back, relax and enjoy this harmonious blend of sounds and words.
