2012 As VP of the ISPE GLC Board of Directors, successfully planned & executed the
Regional Conference Planning 2012 regional conference in Chicago, IL, for nearly 100 attendees. Coordinated
ISPE speakers, topics, hotel & tour arrangements; was sole organizer for the event,
Great Lakes Chapter resulting in gross revenue of ~$28,000.
2011
IWILL Award Honored with IWILL Award, a corporate-wide award, due to successful execution of
Women Leaders in Action the Women Engineers employee network Bio Book Project. Awarded by Abbott's
Involvement in Learning Women Leaders in Action employee network.

2010 Volunteered to support the business by helping its staff address critical business
Remediation Consulting issues. For 6 months, on full-time assignment & in spite of the 2-3 hr time
Abbott Diabetes Care difference, maintained oversight of staff’s performance in addition to other
