 Is there are relationship between the
amount of diversity and team
performance?
 What other factors might contribute, either
negative or positive, to team performance?
Diversity on its’ own did not seem to
have a significant influence.
But it was more positively influenced
by other factors, such as leadership,
clear expectations and effective
structuring of the teams.

 A different approach to Leadership that recognizes
differences and helps to bring diverse people to a
common understanding.
 One that weaves diversity into the workplace
culture, and adapts processes to achieve this
objective.
