Nelson Mandela, Nobel Price in 1993 for his engagement for
Peace in South Africa and Worldwide is named today as the
great leader, the best example of powerful Worldwide citizen.
We decided to set this project under his memorial because:
Of his inspired messages toward the usage of Education as
Weapon for Education
He inspired by his actions despite the difficulties he faced to
solve the racial discrimination in South Africa after 27 years
being in jail.
He have brought all the worldwide leaders to understand the
meaning of freedom and peace.

association whose main activities
are based on the social
education in ICT (information
technology and communication),
cooperation and reciprocal
solidarity. WEBDEV Foundation

sustainable environment.

organizations to contribute in
the areas of education, health,
environment and culture.

We are also interest about child
care, human rights, women’s
empowerment as well as
providing assistance to
discriminated and
disadvantaged community
groups such as people with
disabilities, street children and
orphans. Our projects welcome
international volunteers from all
over the world.
Volunteers can choose to spend
short-term or long-term stays in
Cameroon working on important
local projects.
The Cameroonians benefit from
the vast range of contributions
made and likewise the
volunteers gain invaluable
understandings of a different
culture and lifestyle. Moreover,
working and living together
with other young people from
around the world provides an
excellent opportunity for new
friendships to be forged,
insights about a fascinating
country to be learnt, and skills
and experience to be gained.

“Madiba Cameroon Project" is a set
of projects intended to empower
people in rural areas in the fields of
health, information technology,
entrepreneurship and social
responsibility:
HEALTH HOPE PROJECT: to educate
rural populations about the dangers
and consequences of HIV/AIDS and
malaria. this will be done by peer
educator training, communities
sensitization (talk to talk, door to
door), “community sport football
tournament“ and “challenge b3
marathon“ across the villages
receiving the project.

SOCIAL IT PROJECT: training people on
the usage of computer in the areas of
computer literacy, data entry operators,
software such as windows xp, word,
excel, powerpoint and publisher.
LANGUAGE ACADEMY: By this project,
we want to showcase the cultures and
languages of the countries where our
volunteers are from to raise awareness
of participants on the necessity to speak
more than one foreign language if they
want to be real citizens of the world.

Madiba Cameroon Project
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: is a new
concept in Africa. for this project we want
to stimulate people to often catch
responsibilities to help other in their
various communities. the renovation of a
building in a primary school would be
welcome for this project and put the
community concerned in accordance with
its realities and commitments.
Y4B (YOUTH FOR BUSINESS) PROJECT :
this project component aims to give to
youth rural residents accurate knowledge
on entrepreneurship in accordance to the
opportunities that are available around
them. 10 workshops and training session
on setting up projects, designing a
business plan, project management and
leadership.

Madiba Cameroon Project
GLOBAL VILLAGE: This will be an
opportunity for all the participants from
more than 10 Country to present their
culture, opportunities of cooperation in
their various countries. During more than 3
hours, each country represent must
perform a presentation to raise
awareness of participants.
ECO-TRIP: Is an eco-Tourism trip that aim
to promote West and North-West Region
of Cameroon. Theses trips will be done
during weekend free times.
Volunteers/Interns will have opportunities
to visit others in their camp during
weekends.

Just for those who will still in Cameroon

Project will be helding at the
same time in all the 3
villages
Volunteers will be allocating
in those 3 pools according to
Human Ressources needs
Each Volunteers will have
choice to work on 2 or 3
topics, not less, not more.
Volunteers should stay at
least 3 weeks on the venue
of the project.
Languages of the project are
English and French
The concret time table will be out
1 or 2 weeks before the project
start. But from now,
Classes will be helding from
8:00AM to 5:00PM with 10 min
brake between sessions and 45
min brake at noon.
Non training projects will be
helding at the same time
regarding the timeline.
Volunteers who doesn’t have
training tasks should on other site
for non training project or at
home to help for cooking.

OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS
Project Contribution:
Each Intern is call to fundraise from 100€ and above to support the project.
HOUSING CONDITIONS: Participants live together on the
same site. This can be a house or camp center... The
dormitories are common but each one have his/her
personal space. Accommodation can also be with host
family.
EQUIPMENT: you need to bring: sleeping bag, mosquito
net, torch, sturdy shoes, light clothes and city clothes,
pharmaceuticals, cameras, laptop, binoculars (optional),
musical instrument , sporting goods, vaccination.
The main bed is the bed, the mattress or mat,
cooking is done with coal or wood. Three meals are
provided daily.

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR YOUR JOURNEY?

ECOTOURISM ACTIVITIES
(On choice, you can decide what trip to take or not)
Weekends Ecotrips
For the 8 weeks of the project, we organise 4 weekend trips, for
volunteers to discover the diversity of the most smallest and
beautiful region of the country.
Price for each trip is surrounding 35€ including Transport, Visit
fees and Guiding fees.
7 days Ecotrip
This is organise at the end of the project. During this trip,
volunteers will experience about 5 regions of the country and
discover about 10 touristics sites. Between beauty of landscape,
cultural diversity, animals (monkeys, lions, crocodile…) visit,
participants will have opportunity also to visit pygmees, water
falls and museums.
Price for each participants is surrounding 350€ including
transport between cities, taxis, visit fees, hotels and guiding fees.

  • 3. Nelson Mandela, Nobel Price in 1993 for his engagement for Peace in South Africa and Worldwide is named today as the great leader, the best example of powerful Worldwide citizen. We decided to set this project under his memorial because: Of his inspired messages toward the usage of Education as Weapon for Education He inspired by his actions despite the difficulties he faced to solve the racial discrimination in South Africa after 27 years being in jail. He have brought all the worldwide leaders to understand the meaning of freedom and peace. 20/02/2016 3“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness"

WEBDEV Foundation is a humanitarian, apolitical, non- governmental and non-profit association whose main activities are based on the social education in ICT (information technology and communication), cooperation and reciprocal solidarity. WEBDEV Foundation is composed by young people who share the passion to build an efficient society and sustainable environment. WEBDEV Foundation undertakes alongside the Cameroonian government and other national and international organizations to contribute in the areas of education, health, environment and culture. projects and programs aim to fight against underdevelopment. 20/02/2016 4“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness"

We are also interest about child care, human rights, women’s empowerment as well as providing assistance to discriminated and disadvantaged community groups such as people with disabilities, street children and orphans. Our projects welcome international volunteers from all over the world. Volunteers can choose to spend short-term or long-term stays in Cameroon working on important local projects. The Cameroonians benefit from the vast range of contributions made and likewise the volunteers gain invaluable understandings of a different culture and lifestyle. Moreover, working and living together with other young people from around the world provides an excellent opportunity for new friendships to be forged, insights about a fascinating country to be learnt, and skills and experience to be gained. 20/02/2016 5“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness"
  • 6. “Madiba Cameroon Project" is a set of projects intended to empower people in rural areas in the fields of health, information technology, entrepreneurship and social responsibility: HEALTH HOPE PROJECT: to educate rural populations about the dangers and consequences of HIV/AIDS and malaria. this will be done by peer educator training, communities sensitization (talk to talk, door to door), “community sport football tournament“ and “challenge b3 marathon“ across the villages receiving the project. 20/02/2016 6“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness"
  • 7. SOCIAL IT PROJECT: training people on the usage of computer in the areas of computer literacy, data entry operators, software such as windows xp, word, excel, powerpoint and publisher. LANGUAGE ACADEMY: By this project, we want to showcase the cultures and languages of the countries where our volunteers are from to raise awareness of participants on the necessity to speak more than one foreign language if they want to be real citizens of the world. 20/02/2016 7“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness" Madiba Cameroon Project

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: is a new concept in Africa. for this project we want to stimulate people to often catch responsibilities to help other in their various communities. the renovation of a building in a primary school would be welcome for this project and put the community concerned in accordance with its realities and commitments. Y4B (YOUTH FOR BUSINESS) PROJECT : this project component aims to give to youth rural residents accurate knowledge on entrepreneurship in accordance to the opportunities that are available around them. 10 workshops and training session on setting up projects, designing a business plan, project management and leadership. 20/02/2016 8“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness" Madiba Cameroon Project
  • 9. GLOBAL VILLAGE: This will be an opportunity for all the participants from more than 10 Country to present their culture, opportunities of cooperation in their various countries. During more than 3 hours, each country represent must perform a presentation to raise awareness of participants. ECO-TRIP: Is an eco-Tourism trip that aim to promote West and North-West Region of Cameroon. Theses trips will be done during weekend free times.   • 14. Sept. 3rd to Sept. 10th (7 days) Evaluation, feedbacks and Reports Just for those who will still in Cameroon 20/02/2016 14“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness"
  • 15. Project will be helding at the same time in all the 3 villages Volunteers will be allocating in those 3 pools according to Human Ressources needs Each Volunteers will have choice to work on 2 or 3 topics, not less, not more. Volunteers should stay at least 3 weeks on the venue of the project. Languages of the project are English and French The concret time table will be out 1 or 2 weeks before the project start. But from now, Classes will be helding from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with 10 min brake between sessions and 45 min brake at noon. Non training projects will be helding at the same time regarding the timeline. Volunteers who doesn’t have training tasks should on other site for non training project or at home to help for cooking. 20/02/2016 15“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness"
  • 16. Expectations: We are expecting Volunteers and rest of the team to be proactive during the project. HELPFUL MATERIALS FOR KIDS AND DEPRIVE PEOPLES: Shoes Clothes Books Pens/Pencils Markers Educational posters Mosquitoes Nets HELPFUL MATERIALS FOR WEBDEV FOUNDATION: Second hand/Unused Cameras Second hand/Unused Laptops Second Hand/Unused beamers (video projectors) Second hand/Unused phones USB keys Second hand/Unused Ipad, Ipod, Notebook, Nook… 20 OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS Project Contribution: Each Intern is call to fundraise from 100€ and above to support the project.
  • 21. HOUSING CONDITIONS: Participants live together on the same site. This can be a house or camp center... The dormitories are common but each one have his/her personal space. Accommodation can also be with host family. EQUIPMENT: you need to bring: sleeping bag, mosquito net, torch, sturdy shoes, light clothes and city clothes, pharmaceuticals, cameras, laptop, binoculars (optional), musical instrument , sporting goods, vaccination. The main bed is the bed, the mattress or mat, cooking is done with coal or wood.   • 23. 20/02/2016 23“Challenging ourselves, reaching greatness" ECOTOURISM ACTIVITIES (On choice, you can decide what trip to take or not) Weekends Ecotrips For the 8 weeks of the project, we organise 4 weekend trips, for volunteers to discover the diversity of the most smallest and beautiful region of the country. Price for each trip is surrounding 35€ including Transport, Visit fees and Guiding fees. 7 days Ecotrip This is organise at the end of the project. During this trip, volunteers will experience about 5 regions of the country and discover about 10 touristics sites. Between beauty of landscape, cultural diversity, animals (monkeys, lions, crocodile…) visit, participants will have opportunity also to visit pygmees, water falls and museums. Price for each participants is surrounding 350€ including transport between cities, taxis, visit fees, hotels and guiding fees. WHAT ELSE DO WE PROPOSE?
