Joined Alibaba group in Dec, 2014. As architect of Customer Experience Driven Innovation Center which is a new R&D center under the CCO(Chief Customer Officer), my current job focus is on building all kinds of internet products/platforms driven by big data for 10+ million merchants to improve their experience of service in Alibaba, including Taobao/Tmall/1688/AE, etc. Now I am working on the new generation of appeal center development and other innovation toolset creation for all the merchants.
Before that, worked for IBM CDL Shanghai for 8+ years, started as a developer for Apache Harmony project(as a committer) and IBM JDK, the last job was as senior development manager of IBM Mobile ...
