2. THE RESTAURANT /THE TERRACE
The cuisine of Clos des Arts is a subtle blend of flavours of the region and local products.
It endeavours to ‘be quietly refined’.
A large seawater fish tank and log fire range is located in the centre of the restaurant
allowing for ‘live cooking’.
To welcome your guests or clients for an aperitif or dinner cocktail, breakfast, lunch or
dinner, the establishment can offer, according to your requirements and the season:

3. L’ATELIER DE CUISINE DU CLOS
The restaurant kitchens are probably unique on the Côte d’Azur.
Imagine yourself learning Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine in a veritable laboratory conceived
personally by Alain Ducasse with an unobstructed view of the valley and sea!
Top of the range equipment and materials were used to create this 300m² space: Molteni piano oven,
granite worktops, etc.
Our chef, with the help of his team can provide cookery lessons for groups .
Each person will have their own workspace and their own ingredients.
And if the recipe is a success, why not go to the restaurant to taste it?

4. Meeting Rooms
Two south facing meeting rooms with a subcommittee and seminar room and a view of the sea and the
ramparts of the village of Saint Paul de Vence are available.

5. CLOS DES ARTS SUITES
The Clos des Arts offers the luxury and comfort of a 4* hotel with 9 suites
individually decorated in warm tones.
The stylish furniture and the antique lighting have been chosen with taste by
the proprietors over the years.
All of the bathrooms are in granite.
The 9 suites are large and each has:

6. The Environment of Clos des Arts
Thirty minutes from Cannes and Monaco, fifteen minutes from Nice and only ten
minutes from its international airport and far from noise and traffic, the Clos des Arts
comprises three traditional Provençal country houses, a pool, a pétanque green and
landscaped gardens.
Everything has been taken into account to create an authentic Mediterranean village.
The establishment enjoys a fabulous environment at the foot of the ramparts of Saint
Paul de Vence and a few minutes from the very pretty village of la Colle sur Loup.
The jewel of the Côte d'Azur, the little medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence,
overhanging the Mediterranean, will charm visitors with its authenticity, history and
artistic and cultural heritage.

total for a cancellation of between 3 to 2 days; 100% of the total for a cancellation at arrival date. (In accordance with article 1590 of the French Civil Code)
