The fashion magazines I have looked at are called Vogue, Elle, and Flair.

These names suggest that the magazines are stylish and sophisticated as
the names are short and instantly recognizable. Vogue is also a word
which is directly related to fashion and looking good.

They stand out because the main image on the cover is big and bold.

Gears of War, Call of Duty and Vietcong.
2. How do we know the games belong to a specific genre?
Gears of War has war in the title which tells the buyer immediately they are getting.
Also, the word gears connotesmetal and machinery which suggests that heavy duty
weapons are going to feature in the game
