The following was received on our server addressed to you, personally:
It all started on Tuesday the 14th of June in the year 2016 as a normal day. Then Esther
Thompson bursts threw the door and I stop her of course it's my house. There is a piece of rug
in front of the door about 4 foot by 5 or 6 foot maybe. And she says you'll have to pay for this.
And I nicely said no esther That's what my deposit was for. She stated that my deposit was only
for me to move into the house.
At this point I'm mad. I paid her a 300 dollar deposit that according to her was only for me to
move in. She later went on talking about how the neighbors next door told her 6 months before
that they were moving so their lease was void....but the neighbors on the other side of me
moved out by sneaking because esther had a master key and will go in on you and change your
locks. Well she got her camera out and let me remind you my house was a mess from boxes and
stuff. She ran through the door and I just put my arms out and she takes her elbow and hits me
so hard that I go back and almost hit the ground my dad was behind me and I almost knocked
him over. He had back surgery in December of 2015 and it didn't help. He's crippled almost so
that wasn't a good thing.
I didn't hit her. I kelp my cool. We stepped out side and she told me she was gonna ring my jaws
then I was slapped. She said " I should have never let faggots move in". I told her I was calling
the cops but I'm better then that and I know my rights. She never gave us a written 30 day
eviction nor a court ordered 30 day eviction. She just gave us one day to move out. She ended
up calling the cops, she was laughing and said "I own these cops and laughed again".
Jeff couch a city of manchester cop showed up. Right before she kelp on trying to argue so I
called the cops. And Logan Wolfe showed up. (He is also a city of manchester cop).
I told Logan that he knew I have worked for everything I owe and for the bills we pay. He said
yeah I know. I stated that she had called them because she had "US FAGGOTS" living here (from
the actions she had already taken upon herself to call us earlier). All she could do was laugh.

Jeff couch asked her if she went in and as much power as she had I said nothing because she
had already basically took my rights away and the cop was on her side and would have arrested
me. They entered with no reason to at all and no search warrant. ( my mother was in the town
house you will have to get the story from what happened while they were in there from her.)
I asked Logan how many days I had to get out and he said 30. He told Jeff I had 30 and I'm
pretty sure he told Esther. I asked Jeff couch the same question he said: "whenever your
landlord said to be out, that was all up to her, I don't care what KRS says.”
The next day I went to get a warrant at Clay Bishop’s office and seen Mr. Mike Birch. I walked in
and told him I needed a warrant and on whom the warrant was for, for assault, criminal
trespassing, and illegal eviction. He told me that Esther was a friend and he does not see her
doing this! Wow!
I stated that I had my witnesses and then the took my name. He told Hannah to close the door
and said keep this between us then he said “your best bet is to get a civil suit.” Which can take
years that they have one right now That's been going on since 2003. That the only thing that will
happen is she will get fined 50 dollars, no mug shot or time in jail that she wouldn't even be
booked. That she would probley only he summoned to court then he said me but I'll give u the
warrant. I say thank you and walk out. (Of course I told him she assaulted me and I had a head
Injury.)
I give it a few days so I called the Kentucky state police post in London ky. The guy looked us up
and said sir they only got her to summon against you for the assault in the 4th. I told him I didn't
want the summon. And he said well it looks like they put a note in here to only summon her. He
said maybe you can go back to your County Attorney of Clay County and see if they can do
something then go to the Attorney General’s Office in Frankfort.
Well I was not going to go back to clay county because they wasn't gonna do anything. I called
the attorney general in Frankfort fort and she stated that if Manchester wasn't gonna do anything
that they couldn't either. I told her that I was gonna go to the news and everywhere I could until
I got help. She said well sir do whatever you think you have to.
I messaged friends in the LGBT community and then I messaged my cousin Michelle Melton and
told her what was going on and she said to call Jordan Palmer and the Kentucky Equality
Federation.
