GBC MINISTRY TEAM NEXT SUNDAY
Next Sunday, March 19, the Ministry Team from Grace Bible College will be leading
us in the morning worship service. These young men are looking to go into
Pastoral Ministry. By allowing them real life pulpit experiences, we as a church
invest in the next generation’s development and calling. Join us as we hear
from the team of 4 students and Professor Paul Sweet next Sunday morning.
3. March is outreach month for L.I.F.T. and we will be collecting change and
developmental toys for families in our community who cannot afford them. These
toys will be distributed by Early On, an in-home, county-based organization.
Ideas for toys are: shape sorters, stackable rings & containers, books for 0-3
years, simple wooden puzzles, blocks, 1” cubes, large crayons, inexpensive baby
dolls, toy baby bottles, play dishes, plastic spoons & bowls, soft, small balls, beach
balls, Pringles cans, popsicle sticks (Dollar store often has colored ones), bean
bags, small kitchen colanders, pipe cleaners, pom-poms and ice cube trays.
Please put your toys/supplies by the Women’s Ministry Counter. A piggy bank is
on the counter for your change. If you have questions, talk to Jana Van Enk at
616-403-0940.
We are missing one dishwasher tray.
Did you borrow it to carry a lot of
items? If so, please return it to the
church kitchen. Thanks!
GRACE BIBLE COLLEGE WOMEN’S CONNECTION
The GBC Women’s Connection invites you to order an “Exam-time
Survival Kit” for a student at Grace Bible College. A bag full of
snacks will be packed and delivered to the student of your choice to
get them through their final exams. Let a student know how much
you care by ordering a kit today. All orders must be received by GBC
by Friday, March 31. Order forms are available at the Women’s
Ministry Counter.
Thank you for the prayers, for those who came to see me in
the hospital, for the flowers, cards and delicious food! I am
doing much better now. The thoughtfulness of my church
family is so appreciated! Diane Cartwright
We are truly and deeply grateful for all of your earnest and faithful inter-
cession to the throne of grace on our behalf through this ongoing cancer
journey and your loving support! God knew we needed a “family” and He
gave us YOU! With Jesus love and ours, John & Trudy Feyereisen
Need a movie day or night? We recommend “Facing Darkness” a Samaritan’s
Purse Film playing at Holland 7 on Thursday, March 30 only. This is a true story
of faith: Saving Dr. Brantly and Nancy Writebol from Ebola in Africa. The movie
tells an incredible true story of faith, determination and prayer … and of how God
performed miracles! The end of the film includes a special presentation of the
Gospel by Franklin Graham. Any proceeds Samaritan’s Purse receives from the
film will go toward medical missions. To see a preview of the movie, go to:

4. Visiting Missionary Highlights!
Missionary Veterans: Nathan & Jessica Killion
Nathan and Jessica have been serving in
Thailand since December 2008. It
kicked off in 2007 when both Nathan
and Jessica participated in TCM’s
Africa Safari 2007 to Kenya. During that
trip, the Lord confirmed His desire for
them to become full time missionaries.
Shortly before the Africa trip, the
Killions met TCM missionaries Genesis
and Verna Maraat who shared their
vision for ministry in Thailand. They
challenged the Killions to join them. The Lord reaffirmed this calling through
Nathan’s survey trip to Thailand in November. Walking among the innumerable
Buddhist temples; watching worshipers bow before idols; talking with individu-
als who have no concept of Jesus Christ or the Bible - these experiences vividly
demonstrated the need to share “the living and true God” with the Thai
people. Since 2008, the Killions have partnered with the Maraat family and
continue to see doors open in Thailand through outreach, Bible studies, and
church ministry.
Missionary Veterans: Gomer & Nene Indino
Gomer and Nene Indino are Philippine
nationals who have been serving as
missionaries with TCM in southern
Brazil since 1994. Over the past 23
years, their primary work involved
theological training at TCM’s Bible
school and working with the Brazilian
churches. They also coordinated
conferences and seminars for youth from
all the churches in the region and led
women’s & children’s ministries. Gomer and Nene are graduates of TCM’s
International Grace Bible Institute. Following their graduation in 1987, they
served in a variety of ministries in the Philippines. The Indinos’ interest in out-
reach led them to take a missions course. They began to pray about entering
into mission work themselves, and discovered that TCM’ Brazil field needed
missionaries with church planting and theological training skills. Gomer and
Nene believed the Lord was calling them to take up the challenge and go to
Brazil as missionaries.
