Courts Committee, and DMCJA Salary and
Benefits Committee. He was the Chair Person
from 2002 to 2004 and from 2007 to 2012 for
the DMCJA Salary and Benefits Committee.

Prior to this, Patrick Burns was the DMCJA
Therapeutic Court Committee Chair. Some
other judicial and legal activities in the past
included Judicial College Faculty, DMCJA
Spring Conference Faculty, DMCJA Board,
Washington State Center for Court Research
Board, and DMCJA Court Rules Committee. In
addition, he also undertook the Substance
Abuse Providers Standards Project and the
Inter-jurisdictional Warrant Quashing Project in
the year 2006 and 2007 respectively.
