creating and maintaining an inclusive and friendly work environment so that
the employees can contribute to their organization’s well-being. In order to
keep things in place and have a peaceful working environment, it is important
for management to introduce various workforce programs that can train and
educate their employees to perform better and encourage healthy
communication among themselves.
